Dispute Resolution Process

Customers must file disputes in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue, specifying problem details and desired resolution.

Investigation

We will investigate the dispute within 7 business days by gathering relevant information and documents.

Negotiation

We will contact the customer to discuss and find a suitable resolution for both parties.

Agreement

If agreement is reached, it will be documented in writing and implemented as agreed.

Mediation (If Needed)

If agreement cannot be reached, we may use neutral mediation services to help find a solution.
