Work modification refers to any changes from the original contract, whether adding work, reducing work, or changing details of work agreed upon in the contract.
Adding new work not specified in the original contract, such as adding a new room or installing additional systems.
Reducing or canceling some work specified in the original contract.
Changing materials, size, design, or work methods from those specified in the contract.
Customers must notify the team of modification requirements immediately via phone, email, or Line.
Our team will assess the impact of changes on cost, timeline, and work quality.
Prepare a new quote with modification details, timeline, and potential impacts.
Both parties must sign to confirm work modifications before proceeding.
Our team will execute according to the agreed modifications.
Additional charges will apply based on materials, labor, and time used.
Adding one bathroom may incur additional costs of approximately 50,000-80,000 THB, depending on size and materials.
Refund will be provided proportional to reduced work, minus already incurred costs.
If reducing some finishing work, partial refund may be possible, minus costs of already ordered materials.

Changing from standard tiles to premium tiles may incur additional costs of 20,000-30,000 THB.
