Important information customers should know before using our services

1. Site Inspection Fees

Flat Area

฿1,500 THB

Site inspection fee for flat areas, covering basic structure inspection, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and general condition assessment.

Hill Area

฿2,500 THB

Site inspection fee for hill areas, priced higher due to accessibility challenges and structural complexity on sloped terrain.

Note: Site inspection fees will be deducted from the total project cost if the customer decides to use our services.

2. Payment Terms

Deposit

Customers must pay a 30% deposit of the total project value before work begins to confirm booking and prepare materials.

Progress Payment

Pay 40% when work is 50% complete, and the remaining 30% upon completion and customer satisfaction.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, mobile banking, or cash (special cases only).

Payment Terms

Customers must pay according to the contract schedule. Late payments may affect work schedules.

3. Work Process

Step 1: Site Inspection

Our team will schedule a site inspection to assess customer needs.

Step 2: Quote & Contract

We provide a detailed quote and work contract for customer review.

Step 3: Work Commencement

After deposit payment, our team will begin work according to the contract.

Step 4: Progress Updates

We provide regular progress updates and welcome customer feedback.

Step 5: Handover

We conduct a joint inspection with the customer and hand over the completed work.

Note: Work duration depends on project size and complexity, as specified in the contract.

4. Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If cancelled before work starts, full deposit refund except site inspection fee (if applicable).

Cancellation During Work

If cancelled during work, refund proportional to unfinished work, minus incurred costs.

Refund Due to Defects

If defects are found due to our error, we will fix at no additional cost or provide appropriate refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Site inspection fees, ordered materials, and completed work are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation.

5. Warranty

Structural Work

5 Years

Warranty for main structural work including columns, beams, and foundations.

Electrical Systems

2 Years

Warranty for electrical systems and installed electrical equipment.

Plumbing Systems

2 Years

Warranty for plumbing systems and water pipes.

Finishing Work

1 Year

Warranty for finishing work such as painting and tiling.

Warranty Conditions: Warranty covers only defects from our work, excluding damage from misuse or natural disasters.

6. Additional Terms

Work Modifications

Work modifications during execution require confirmation from both parties and may incur additional costs.
